Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a fully equipped workplace containing photographic equipment enabling high-quality image digitization of collection items on paper, including all necessary accessories according to technical specifications. Furthermore, the subject of performance is the handover of all documents required by law for the use of the device (including the declaration of conformity), transportation, complete installation of the device, putting it into operation, basic technical and application training of users (for 3 persons, in the range of 2 working days), the granting of permission to exercise the right to use the software (license) where it is necessary for the proper use of the subject of purchase, free service for the entire warranty period to the extent specified by the manufacturer (including repairs, supply of spare parts). A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is set out in the Minimum technical parameters of the supply document, which is Annex 2 to these tender specifications, in the bill of assessment intended for completion and valuation, which is Annex 3 to these tender specifications, and in the draft contract, which is Annex 4 to these tender specifications.
