Germany-Munich: Erection and related works of roof frames and coverings
The project consists of the general refurbishment and conversion of the CCI’s main house for Munich and Oberbayern. The object consists of two representative buildings from the early 19th century in the urban district of Maxvorstadt.
The building complex is protected by a monument.
Essential building components must be preserved.
As a result, existing wall and ceiling coverings will be dismantled, stored and re-installed as part of the construction work.
The external dimensions of the building complex are approximately 47 m x 46 m.
The two houses form a patio. The patio is covered with a glass roof.
The building complex has a single floor base. Both houses have five upper floors and an upgraded roofing floor. The floor ceilings of the houses are at different heights.
House A will be developed via one and House B over two stairwells.
An internal connection between House A and House B is only available in the 2.OG.
The walls are usually made of homogeneous brick masonry.
The construction of the existing ceilings consists of steel beams with concrete or partial brick expansion.
Both houses have a sealed satteldach with a slope of approximately 45°.
In advance, soft demolition and pollution remediation have already been carried out. In essence, the selective demolition measures, the extensive release of the load-bearing structures to be repaired at a later stage, and the TGA and electrical dismantling.
