Description

(1) The subject matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 paragraph. 1 pt. 1 of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2017, item 788 as amended hereafter: ‘Forests Act’) covering work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and logging and tourism forest management in Mursk and Kukawy forests to be carried out in 2019.
(2) The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes the total number of work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and logging and tourist forest management, as set out in Annex 3 to the Description.
(3) A detailed description of the work (activities) forming part of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 3 to the Description accordingly.
