Description

- Long-term loan amount: PLN 7 261 000, in words: seven million two hundred sixty-one thousand zlotys. - loan period: until 31.12.2040r. - expected start of the repayment period: 31.12.2026 - repayment of principal on a quarterly basis at the end of each quarter in accordance with the following schedule. - full interest repaid on a quarterly basis at the end of each quarter. - variable interest rate: WIBOR 3M medium-month (the rate will be updated by the bank) plus the bank's margin - description of the base rate: the rate set for a period of 1 month at the WIBOR 3M rate as an arithmetic average of all days of the month (i.e. together with public holidays, where the rate from the previous day applies) and applicable to determining the interest rate from the 1st day of the following month, the Employer provides for the right of option. The Ordering Party reserves the right to use a smaller amount of credit, but not less than PLN 500,000 without charging any additional fees.
