Description

Planungsleistungen für die Objektplanung gemäß HOAI 2013 § 34 i. V. m. Anlage 10, Leistungsphasen 2 bis 9 für die Sanierung der sich im Bestand befindlichen, in ihren Maßen nicht normgerechten Zweifeldhalle (Typ MT 90), welche zusätzlich um eine Einfeldhalle inkl. Nebenräumen entsprechend der DIN 18032 und der Raumprogrammempfehlung des Ministeriums für Bildung, Jugend und Sport erweitert und mittels Verbinder gekoppelt werden soll. Abbruch- und Rückbauarbeiten sind im Zuge der Sanierung einzuplanen. Neben dem Schulsport ist geplant, dass die Halle durch verschiedene Vereine genutzt wird.
