Description

Gegenstand des Vertrages ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung nach § 103 Abs. 5 GWB i.V.m. § 21 VgV über die Belieferung der Bayer. Polizei mit uniformierten Motorrädern. Vertragsgegenstand ist vorrangig die Lieferung von Motorrädern mit konkret vorge-gebenen polizeispezifischen Einbauten, umfasst ist aber auch der gelegentliche Kauf von reinen Serienmotorrädern. Die Rahmenvereinbarung beginnt am Tag der Zuschlagserteilung und endet am 31.10.2027. Sie beinhaltet eine dreimalige Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein Jahr, längstens bis 31.10.2030. Die Fahrzeuge sind Einsatzmittel der Schutz-/Verkehrspolizei, die zur Erfüllung der unterschiedlichen Einsatzaufgaben zumeist besonderen Beanspruchungen unterliegen und auch im Winter, z.B. bei Staatsempfängen, Konferenzen etc. eingesetzt werden.
