Description

The contract concerns the development of multi-stage and multi-industry design documentation for the construction of a tram line on the section from ul. Friendship to Kupiecka Street and extension of the existing single-track tram track in Przyjaźnia Street by the second track. As part of the contract, it is necessary to perform a comparative analysis of two variants of the tram route according to the diagrams provided later in this GIP, then develop a program-spatial concept for the selected variant and a construction project (land development project, architectural and construction projects, technical projects), obtain all necessary decisions, arrangements and permits, including: a decision on the environmental conditions of the project, a water permit, a permit from a conservator of monuments and other permits required by law, and a decision enabling construction works to be carried out. The project should be developed in accordance with the guidelines set out in this description of the subject of the contract and in accordance with the comments obtained during the reconciliation of the documentation.
