Description

1.The subject of the present proceedings is the supply of equipment and the implementation of the necessary software as part of the project entitled: ‘Digital transformation of WMCCP – modern technologies for health’, co-financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Programme, for the Priority ‘Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health system – grant part’, Action: D1.1.2. Accelerate the digital transformation of health by further developing digital health services. Call number KPOD.07.03.-IP.10-0402/25. 2. The subject of the contract consists of five tasks: 2.1. Activity 1 – Includes the supply of the necessary IT equipment: a) All-in-One computers – 258 pcs., b) Laptops – 37 pcs., c) Workstation – 5 pcs., d) Monitor – 32 pcs., e) Projector – 1 pcs. f) A3 scanner – 3 pcs. g) A4 scanner – 13 pcs. 2.2. Task 2 – Updating and developing the processing platform owned by the Contracting Authority. The Customer requires the following equipment to be delivered and the necessary installation works to be carried out: a) Virtualisation cluster server – 5 b) Disk matrix type 1 – 1 c) Disk matrix type 2 – 2 d) Virtualisation licences – 1 set. 2.3. Task 3 - Update and extend the LAN network owned by the Ordering Party and its protection, and modernize the wireless wifi network. The Customer requires the following equipment to be delivered and the necessary installation works to be carried out: a) Firewall platform – UTM cluster – 1 set b) Core switch – 4 pcs c) Network switch – 35 pcs d) Wireless network upgrade – 1 set 2.4. Task 4 - building a security platform in the IT environment of the Hospital, which will allow you to stop attacks faster and take control of cyber threats. The Ordering Party requires the provision of the following hardware/software and the execution of the necessary installation works: a) provision of an integrated ICT security system of class XDR with endpoint protection - Cybersecurity Platform - pcs. 1 b) Cybersecurity Training 2.5. Task 5- Updating and expanding the backup platform owned by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party requires the provision of the following hardware/software and the execution of the necessary installation works: a) Backup server - 1 pc b) Backup system licenses - 1 set c) Storage shelf for backup repository expansion - 1 pc
