Description

Obiectul contractului îl reprezinta achiziţia unui: Echipament de micro-extrudare a materialelor de tipul „microfabricare maskless aditiva”, destinat procesului tehnologic de scriere directă, automatizat și cu foarte bună reproductibilitate, de micro- și macrostructuri și tipare definite de utilizator, pe substrat planar și non-planar. Acest proces implică utilizarea de materiale funcționale (de exemplu conductor, semiconductor, sau izolator electric) selectate de utilizator, având o gamă largă de vâscozități: de la lichide cu vâscozitate mică spre medie (zeci-sute de cPs) până la paste cu vâscozitate ridicată (zeci de mii - sute de mii de cPs).
