Description of the procurement: The City of Seinäjoki's Urban Environment Division/Urban Engineering requests your binding offer for removing snow, ice and torches on a grader as a framework agreement on an hourly basis based on unit prices €/h (VAT 0%). The task may also be to modify gravel roads during the summer at the same unit price (these works are mainly done with the city's own equipment). All tenders fulfilling the conditions of the invitation to tender will be selected for the framework agreement and the graders will be used in the most economically advantageous order. The overall economic ranking is as follows: The comparison of graders is made using a comparison figure based on the Stage classification of graders or the year model (planers not classified as Stage) (multipliers and comparison figure example in annex, Appendix 2.). The comparison is performed manually using an Excel table.
