Description

pour cette consultation, est constitué un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L2113-6 à L2113-7 du Code de la commande publique regroupant la Ville de Saint étienne Vse (coordonnateur) et Saint-Étienne Métropole Sem.Le présent appel d'offres ouvert est soumis aux dispositions des articles R2124-2 1° et R2161-2 à R2161-5 du code de la commande publique. Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum avec un maximum sur la durée totale en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du code de la commande publique.Pour la Ville de Saint Etienne, le marché est conclu à compter du 1er janvier 2023 (ou de la date de notification si postérieure) au 31 décembre 2026. Pour Saint Etienne Métropole, le marché est conclu à compter du 1er juin 2023 au 31 décembre 2026
