Description

Gegenstand des Vertrages ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung gemäß § 103 Abs. 5 GWB i. V. m. § 21 VgV mit einem Vertragszeitraum von 12 Monaten. Der Vertrag läuft vom 1.2.2021 – 31.1.2022. Im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen ist eine einmalige Verlängerung um 3 Monate zu gleichen Konditionen möglich. Diese Rahmenvereinbarung beinhaltet die Lieferung von Papier, gemäß der Produktbeschreibung Punkt I.6 und I.7 der Vertragsunterlage (Datei 02), an Bayerische Polizeibehörden. Das Gesamtauftragsvolumen für alle Regionallose (s. Datei 05 Anlieferstellen Papier-Bayernweit, beträgt ca. 139,85 Mio. Blatt Papier gemäß der Produktbeschreibung Punkt I.6 und I.7 im Jahr.
