Cooperation agreement and turnkey contracts (“the basis for agreement”) concluded by direct award without prior publication as part of a purchase of part of the property matr.no. 6np et al., Vejlby By, Ellevang, located Lystrupvej 37, 8240 Risskov (“the property”). The basis of the agreement concerns the construction of 3,500 m2 BBR housing area divided into 40 social housing units on the property in cooperation with the delegated developer model with Latyrusparken A/S, which is the owner of the property, and which is also obliged to build businesses on the ground floor of the property for cafés, liberal professions such as offices and the like. According to the current local plan 1119 for the property, Latyrusparken A/S is required that at least 15 per cent of the local plan area's gross floor area must constitute public housing. It is therefore as part of the fulfilment of this requirement that the Contractual Basis for the construction of public housing has been concluded.
