This contract constitutes a composite framework agreement comprising an ordinary contract part and a framework agreement part with purchase orders, pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-2 paragraph 2, R. 2162-4 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2123-14 of the Public Order Code.
