Description

‘Current winter maintenance of county roads in Alba County’ from 2026 to 2027: LOT 1 - Lowland area; LOT 2 - Mountain area, respectively: Snow removal services, snow removal services, patrol/waiting services, winter-specific road signs, according to the Specifications and Technical Documentation. Tenderers must be able to provide winter maintenance services for county roads in Alba County in accordance with the “Standard AND 525/2013 – “Standard on preventing and combating snowing of public roads”. Number of days before the deadline for receipt of Tenders until Tenderers can request clarifications: 18 days. Number of calendar days before the deadline for receipt of tenders to which the Contracting Authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to any requests for clarification and/or additional information received from interested economic operators: 11 days. Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (https://www.e-licitatie.ro).
