Description

La présente consultation vise à conclure un accord-cadre sans minimum ni maximum avec plusieurs opérateurs économiques (5 maximum, sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres) en vue de conclure des marchés subséquents conformément aux dispositions des articles 78 et 79 du décret nº 2016-360 du 25.3.2016. La valeur estimée est de 250 000 EUR (TTC) annuelle. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période de 4 ans à compter de sa notification prévue en février 2018. Les travaux pourront intervenir tout au long de l'année, y compris pendant les périodes de vacances scolaires. Le marché subséquent nº 1 relatif à la réfection de la chaufferie Rivière sera attribué en même temps que l'accord-cadre. Le délai d'exécution des prestations du marché subséquent nº 1 est fixé du 25.6.2018 au 24.8.2018 inclus (date prévisionnelle). Le marché subséquent nº 1 comporte une variante exigée.
