1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of an automated Elisa test marking system, hereinafter referred to as ‘equipment’, to the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 38430000-8 Apparatus for detection and analysis. 3. The contract shall comprise: 1) delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of equipment, 2) training at least 2 employees of the Ordering Party in the use of hardware and software. The Contractor shall carry out the training no later than the date referred to in Chapter IV. 4. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract - Annex No 6 to the SWZ. 5.
