Description

The subject matter of the contract is the performance of:
— according to the model of the penalty order form set out in the Annex to the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 22.2.2002 on the imposition of fines by means of a penalty order (Journal of Laws Journal of Laws No 20, item 201 as amended) and,
— in accordance with the limit parameters set out in this ToR:
277180 blocks of penal fines, hereinafter referred to as blocks, of which:
— 207080 blocks (20 five-card forms in each block) printed on sections A and B of the name of the office, its address and bank account number,
— 57100 pieces of block (20 5-card forms in each block) not printed,
— 9150 pieces of block blocks (10 5-card forms in each block) printed on sections A and B of the name of the office, its address and bank account number,
— 3850 pieces of blocks (each of 10 5-card forms in each block) without printing, and their distribution together with unloading and transfer to the regional offices indicated.
