The subject of the contract is the supply of ordinary office consumables, the supply of original consumables for printers and copying equipment (toners, ink charges, cylinders) used in the context of the OPVK of projects, in accordance with the detailed specifications (Annex 1) set out in the tender specifications, including the provision of the take-back of empty toners and cartridges. In accordance with Section 98 of the Act, the contract in question is divided into 2 lots – 1st lot (ordinary office supplies) and 2nd lots (toners) and the tenderer may submit a tender for any of the lots of this contract.
