Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of fertilizers for the Experimental Variety Assessment Station in Zybiszów and subordinate Experimental Variety Assessment Plants in Jelenia Góra, Krościna Małea, Tarnów, Tomaszów Bolesławiecki and Naroczyce. The subject of the contract is divided into lots. The contracting authority accepts the possibility of submitting partial tenders for one or more of the lots listed in these specifications - tasks 1 to 2 2. Each Contractor may submit an offer for a task or tasks of his choice. The task is indivisible and constitutes a whole. 3. The fertilizers supplied must have a valid permit from the competent Minister allowing them to be marketed in the country, as well as meet the labelling requirements, in accordance with the provisions of the Fertilizers and Fertilization Act. 4. The subject-matter of the contract is specified in the units of measurement assigned to each item. The subject-matter of the contract for Task No 1 concerns the supply of compound fertilizers – 120,0 tonnes of NPK compound fertilizer .
