I. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of foodstuffs for the needs of Edelweiss State Forestry under four lots.’ 1. Supplies of food products for the needs of DG Edelweiss should be carried out by dividing the necessary types of food supplies into 4 (four) lots: Lot No 1 ‘Supplies of milk and milk-based food products’, amounting to BGN 95 037.05, including VAT, respectively BGN 79 197.54 excluding VAT; Lot No 2 ‘Supplies of meat and meat foodstuffs, fish and eggs’ – in the amount of BGN 62 523.73 including VAT respectively BGN 52 103.11 excluding VAT; Lot No 3 ‘Supplies of bread and pasta’ in the amount of BGN 17 848.28, including VAT and BGN 14 873.57 excluding VAT; Lot No 4 ‘Supplies of fruit and vegetable preserves’ – in the amount of BGN 10 385.70 including VAT respectively BGN 8 654.75 excluding VAT; with an estimated total value of the entire public contract of BGN 185 794.76 (one hundred and eighty-five thousand seven hundred and ninety-four leva and seventy-six stotinki) including VAT or up to BGN 154 828.97 (one hundred and fifty-four thousand eight hundred and twenty-eight leva and ninety-seven stotinki) excluding VAT. 2. The residual estimated value of BGN 131 300.65 (one hundred and thirty-one thousand three hundred leva and sixty-five stotinki) excluding VAT respectively BGN 157 560.78 (one hundred fifty-seven thousand five hundred and sixty leva and seventy-eight stotinki) including VAT, which is the sum of the estimated values of Lot 1 and Lot 2, is also the maximum financial resource of the contracting authority for its implementation and for the individual lots covered by this public contract, which is distributed as follows: - Lot No 1 ‘Supplies of milk and milk-based food products’, amounting to BGN 95 037.05 including VAT and BGN 79 197.54 excluding VAT; - Lot No 2 ‘Supplies of meat and meat foodstuffs, fish and eggs’ - in the amount of BGN 62 523.73 including VAT respectively BGN 52 103.11 excluding VAT. The estimated values for each of the lots are the maximum permissible values and a participant whose price proposal and bill of quantities do not comply with the financial resources of the contracting authority (the announced estimated value of the lot) and exceed it will be excluded from participation. The subject matter of the public procurement for the individual lots also includes supplies of organic food products of the relevant product group in accordance with Ordinance No H-1 of 23 July 2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products subject to public procurement, in force as of 14 August 2024, which should have been produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 (OJ L 150, 14.6.2018) (Regulation (EU) 2018/848) and Ordinance No 5 of 2018 on the application of the rules of organic production, labelling and control and on the authorisation of control activities for compliance with the rules of organic production, as well as for subsequent official supervision of control bodies (SG No 75 of 2018). III. The contracts under the respective lots, which will be concluded in this public procurement, which is conducted with an "open procedure", as follows: For Lot 1 ‘Delivery of milk and milk-based foodstuffs’; For Lot 2 ‘Supplies of meat and meat preparations, fish and eggs’; have a duration of 24 (twenty-four) calendar months from the date of their entry into force or until the value of the contracts is exhausted, whichever is the earlier. !
