The purpose of this framework agreement is the acquisition of sports clothing, footwear and accessories (tops "marked" with a logo of the Community, unmarked "bottom" clothing, footwear and accessories). This therefore concerns both the supply of equipment and the conditions under which it is supplied to the Sports Directorate and its 300 to 350 agents concerned, or even to other directorates where appropriate (cross-cutting market).
