Description

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of work guidance, coaching and work community mediation services for the wellbeing services counties of Vantaa and Kerava (hereinafter referred to as the wellbeing services county or the client). This is a service procurement exceeding the national threshold in accordance with Annex E to the Public Procurement Act (Act on Public Procurement and Concessions 1397/2016). The procurement is carried out as a dynamic procurement arrangement, which means a procedure designed by the contracting entity itself, in accordance with the principles of the Procurement Act, for the procurement of the services that are the subject of the procurement. The procurement shall include the following elements, to which suppliers shall be selected in the context of the establishment of the DPS, as follows: 1. Personal work supervision (30 suppliers) 2. Group work guidance (40 journalists) 3. Individual coaching (20 suppliers) 4. Group coaching (30 journalists) 5. Coaching of management and management teams (30 journalists) 6. Working community mediation (15 journalists) The contract period is valid until further notice from 1 March 2026. The customer does not commit to certain minimum purchase quantities during the contract period, but services are procured as needed.
