The subject of the public contract is the preparation of documentation for the execution of the works (hereinafter referred to as the ‘PCA’), including the preparation of a complete inventory of works, supplies and services, including a statement of assessment (hereinafter referred to separately as the ‘Inventory’) and any necessary consultation of the PCA with the administrators or entities concerned, for an investment action entitled ‘PD Tramway to Vinice’, to the extent specified in this tender documentation and its annexes (the PCA also referred to as the ‘Project Documentation’ or ‘PD’). Furthermore, the subject of the public contract is the possible adjustment of the PD, including any necessary consultation of the PCA with the administrators or entities concerned, depending on the consent of the project.
