Description

Het voorwerp van deze opdracht is het uitvoeren van: • voorstudie • historisch onderzoek; • terreinbezoek; • bepalen en opmaken van de bemonsteringsstrategie (onderzoeksvoorstel); • gemotiveerde verklaringen (i.k.v. schrapping risicogronden); • oriënterende bodemonderzoeken; • beschrijvende bodemonderzoeken; • verslag van oriënterend en beschrijvend bodemonderzoek (OBBO); • (beperkte) bodemsaneringsprojecten; • de milieukundige begeleiding van bodemsaneringswerken door een erkend bodemsaneringsdeskundige en alle bijhorende taken. De opdracht omvat het toezicht en de controle op de uitvoering van (ambtshalve) bodemsaneringswerken; • veldwerk; • laboanalyses; • spoedanalyses; • opmaak technische verslagen in het kader van grondverzet. . opmaak evaluatierapporten schadegeval (incl. begeleiding)
