Provision of the service of elaboration of the technical and legal documentation of planning and environmental necessary to proceed to the revision / adaptation of the current General Plan of Urban Planning of Santander of the year 1997 (hereinafter PGOUS). This service will include carrying out all the studies and previous actions to obtain information, advice and support in the process of formulation and urban and environmental processing of the review document of the existing general plan, as well as those subsequent to its final approval referred to in the technical specifications. The substantive content of the general plan will be adapted, at least and in each of its phases, to the requirements of the urban, territorial, environmental and sectoral legislation applicable with the qualifications and details that are detailed in the technical specifications, and this, without prejudice to the indications and instructions that are transferred to the drafting team by the City of Santander and by the other bodies involved in the scope of their competences.
