Construction stage, preparation of PT 1 plans including planning checks for planning sections 1, 2 and 3 Lot 1 PA 1 Line extension Blankenfelde (a) – Wünsdorf (a) excluded Bf Rangsdorf (realized in 1. Construction stage) as well as PA 2 conversion Doberlug-Kirchhain station including intersection construction line 6135 Berlin - Dresden / 6345 Halle - Guben Lot 2 PA 3 line extension Elsterwerda - Großenhain Berliner Bf The line is to be upgraded to 200 km/h by 12/2029 and equipped with ETCS Level 2 with conventional signalling (L2mS) and put into commercial operation. Individual electronic interlockings (ESTW) are to be newly erected, including the associated measures in relevant trades, e.g. operation, train number detection system, telecommunications and underground cable construction. At the same time, the interlockings ESTW – A BBA, BGOL, BBRS, BWA, BDKO and BRO are to be transferred from ESTW-UZ BASC to ESTW-UZ BZO as part of ABS Berlin-Dresden. The existing ETCS system of ABS B-DD shall be upgraded to ETCS BTSF3 v3.0 specifications.
