Description

Business Finland (hereinafter "Procurement Unit/BF") invites suitable candidates to submit a request to participate in the competitive dialogue procedure for the Public Cloud Maintenance and Management Services procurement 605/27/2023 in accordance with this request to participate and its annexes. The acquisition concerns the development of BF's cloud platform based on the Microsoft public cloud, management and maintenance services, and training services for BF's experts and end-users. The cloud platform covers BF's Azure, Power Platform, M365 and related development platforms (Azure DevOps and GitHub) as well as possible new service packages and features coming to the competitive cloud platform, which will be implemented with separate projects if necessary. The management and maintenance service covers the management, development and operation of these areas of the cloud platform under the guidance of BF and based on service supervision. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the annexes to the invitation to participate. The annexes to the invitation to participate are drafts and can be updated during the negotiations to the final invitation to tender. At the time of publication of the invitation to participate, the estimated maximum value of the contract is EUR 2 500 000 (VAT 0%), based on an estimated need of five (5) years. According to the preliminary assessment, the agreement will be valid until further notice.
