Description

Contract negotiated for project management following restricted competition on a plus sketch (1/200e) for the creation of an educational centre (11 classes and associated activities), school restaurant and extracurricular reception facilities. Restructuring and extension operation on a site partially occupied by a 6-class school. The operation will be carried out with a phase allowing the establishment to operate and in several tranches, including one farm. The estimated amount of the works is EUR 4 105 000 excluding contingencies, with a fixed part of EUR 2 444 000 (net of tax). The contest covers the entire programme. Usable areas programmed 1 700 square metres + pre-air and outdoor areas (course, teaching garden, car park). The task entrusted to the selected supervisor will be a basic task within the meaning of the MOP Act, supplemented by a JPO mission (steering and coordination).
