The subject of the contract is the supply of cannula to the EXCOR support system in the range, the estimated quantity and the parameters set out in Annex 4 to the ToR;
2. The contracting authority informs that the quantity of the product covered by the contract referred to in Annex 4 is an estimated value and may be reduced according to the contracting authority’s needs;
3. Compatibility of cannula with the EXCOR support system is required;
4. The delivery of cannula to the EXCOR support system will be carried out on the basis of partial orders.Maximum delivery time of 4 working days from the date of the order.
