Description

The subject of the contract is a task aimed at increasing the chances of persons with disabilities to lead a more independent, independent and active life and striving to improve their functioning in the environment, increase their ability to meet needs and include them in social life. The implementation of the task is co-financed by the Solidarity Fund. The contract must be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down in the Programme of the Minister for Family, Labour and Social Policy ‘Personal Assistant for Persons with Disabilities’ for Local Government Units – Edition 2025 (hereinafter ‘the Programme’), which constitutes Annex 7 to the SWZ. Assistance services will be provided to residents of Ruda Śląska, including children (hereinafter referred to as Program Participants), indicated to the Contractor by the Ordering Party. Estimated number of people expected to use the services: 34 persons (three children between 2 and 16 years of age and 31 persons holding severely disabled or equivalent certificates, including 13 persons with combined disabilities).
