Description

NS has been accredited (at the time of registration) testing institute for carrying out psychological tests. The purpose of the psychological appointment assessment and the psychological assessment is to provide an insight into the ability of staff to perform their duties safely, from a cognitive, psychomotor, behavioural and personal point of view, including during the time the staff member is employed by NS. The content of the psychological assessment and the psychological assessment shall be drawn up on the basis of at least the criteria and dimensions of the Dutch and European railway law and regulations for each safety task. In addition to the minimum safety requirements, NS has its own safety requirements which also need to be tested. EUR 10.400.000
