Description

1. The subject of the contract is the cleaning service of buildings and premises of RD Nowa Sól, PE Kożuchów, PE Szprotawa The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts. The Contracting Authority foresees the possibility for the Contractor to submit a tender for all lots (i.e. the Contractor may submit a tender for a selected lot, for several lots or for all lots). Part 1: Cleaning service for buildings and rooms of RD Nowa Sól Part 2: Cleaning service for Kożuchów EP buildings and premises Part 3: Cleaning service for EP buildings and premises Szprotawa 2. Variants may not be submitted. 4. According to Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the Employer requires that persons performing activities constituting the cleaning service, during the performance of the contract, are employed on the basis of an employment contract throughout the period of performance of the contract if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code. The detailed employment rules are set out in the model contract – Annex 5 to the FTZ. The requirement to employ the above-mentioned persons for an employment contract applies to both the Contractor and subcontractors involved in the performance of the contract. The burden of proving compliance with this requirement shall lie with the Contractor. 5. The contracting authority recommends carrying out an on-site inspection in order to familiarise itself in detail with the place of performance of the subject-matter of the contract.
