- Erstellen der Baugrube. Der anfallende Aushub wird teilweise örtlich gelagert nach Rücksprache mit der Bauleitung und dem Baugrundgutachter teilweise entsorgt. - Verlegen der Grund- und Entwässerungsleitungen unter der Bodenplatte ab OK Bodenplatte mit Anschluss an das örtliche System - Stahlbetonarbeiten – Bodenplatte, Treppen, Wände und Decke auf drei Ebenen. Ebene 00 und -01 nur Treppenhauskern Achse 03-05 und Achse C-E. Teilweise in Ortbeton und teilweise als Filigranwand- und Deckenelemente. - Abdichtungs- und Dämmarbeiten erdberührter Bauteile - Drainagearbeiten - Gerüstbauarbeiten zur eigenen Nutzung
