1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness in the rooms along with window washing and cleaning of the property in front of the building at ul. Kuźnicza 35 in Wrocław. 2. The total area covered by cleaning is: 1) Internal surface: 4598,04 m2 2) Outside area: 415,2 m2 3. The detailed scope of activities, the frequency of their performance, the list of rooms, areas and organisational and technical requirements are set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. 4. The detailed scope of the obligations to perform the subject of the contract and the terms of payment are indicated in Annex . No 4 to the FTZ - Draft Provisions of the Agreement.
