Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of an ad hoc dye for the Department of Pathomorphology of the M. Kopernik Multispecialist Oncology and Traumatology Centre in Łódź. 2. The material scope is described in detail in the Annex to this SWZ ‘Summary of technical parameters, warranty conditions and training’ – Annex 2 and model contract – Annex 7. 3. The description of the subject of the contract should be read together with any changes to the content of the document, e.g. as a result of responses to contractors' inquiries. 4. The delivery in question is financed by a specific grant from the Marshal’s Office of the Łódzkie Voivodeship for the implementation of the task entitled: ‘Modernisation and relocation of the departments of the Copernicus Hospital in Łódź with a view to optimising the functionality and development of the range of medical services provided’, including the delivery, installation, launch and delivery of training courses. 5. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procurement procedure in a situation where it has not obtained the necessary funds for the planned project.
