Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa aparatury naukowo-badawczej, fabrycznie nowej i kompletnej:
1) Zestaw czasz grzejnych i kontrolerów mocy;
2) Wirówka laboratoryjna z zestawem rotorów;
3) Mieszadło mechaniczne z akcesoriami;
4) Mieszadło magnetyczne – 2 szt.;
5) Mieszadło magnetyczne z zestawem bezolejowym;
6) Wyparka rotacyjna z chłodziarka i pompą;
7) Aparat do liczenia komórek;
8) Termocykler.
2. Przedmiot zamówienia opisany został w Załącznikach nr 6 do 13 do SIWZ poprzez określenie minimalnych parametrów funkcjonalno-technicznych. Zgodnie z art. 29 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych dopuszcza się rozwiązania równoważne lecz nie gorsze niż określone w Załącznikach od 6 do 13 SIWZ – pod względem parametrów technicznych.
3. Przedmiot zamówienia został opisany w sposób jednoznaczny, za pomocą dokładnych i zrozumiałych określeń, uwzględniając wszystkie wymagania i okoliczności mogące mieć wpływ na sporządzenie oferty. Przedmiot zamówienia opisano w sposób nie utrudniający uczciwej konkurencji.
4. Zamawiający informuje, iż przed wszczęciem przedmiotowego postępowania nie przeprowadził dialogu technicznego.
