Le présent marché est un accord-cadre, s’exécutant par bons de commande, qui a pour objet des travaux d'implantation, sans minimum et avec un maximum. La description des travaux est indiquée dans le CCTP. Cette consultation fait suite à une première procédure en appel d’offres déclarée infructueuse pour le lot n°2 « Travaux d’implantation de colonnes enterrées » (décomposition initiale en 2 lots). Le lot 1 : « Fourniture, livraison, déchargement et pose de colonnes enterrées » a été attribué lors de la première procédure.
