The purpose of this qualification system is to qualify manufacturers of new rugged smartphone mobile equipment under Android OS used by RATP in order, in a second step, to award a tariff agreement which will have as its object the fixing of the selling price applied to the Distributor referenced by RATP. New rugged smartphone mobile equipment under Android OS is understood for RATP business activities excluding tertiary smartphones and rugged smartphones for small specific needs. The qualification notice is limited to manufacturers in order to guarantee RATP in particular a B to B relationship with the manufacturer, necessary for dedicated support, the provision of materials for testing and evaluation, the monitoring of product lines. These devices (hardened business smartphones) are eco-designed and sustainable products, manufactured under conditions that respect human rights and fundamental freedoms, the health and safety of people and the environment.
