Purpose of the supplies: Supply of an automaton allowing rapid molecular tests (PCR in real time). The contract also includes the maintenance of the equipment, its potential integration into the IT architecture and reagents. The contract shall be concluded for a period of four years, renewable four times and shall run on the first day following the conclusion of the contract. The contract shall be renewed tacitly for a period of one year and a maximum of four times, if neither of the parties has notified its intention to terminate the collaboration at least six months before the annual expiry date of the contract. In the event of non-renewal of this contract, no justification must be provided and no compensation may be awarded.
