The subject of the performance of the public service contract is the conclusion of a ‘Framework contract for the repair of Volkswagen motor vehicles’ (hereinafter also referred to as ‘the contract’) for a period of 3 years for the servicing, in particular, of ambulances, emergency vehicles and other vehicles (hereinafter also referred to as ‘VW vehicles’) of the Prague City Medical Rescue Service. It is the implementation of a comprehensive out-of-warranty and post-warranty service, maintenance, repairs (even after traffic accidents) of the base vehicle of the VW range of passenger and commercial vehicles, including the supply of spare parts, components and original accessories for vehicles. The subject of the contract are also complete regular post-warranty service inspections of VW vehicles with regard to the requirements of the applicable legislation and according to the regulations and recommendations of manufacturers of chassis and base vehicles (VW). More detailed conditions of performance are defined in more detail below, in the authentic text of the contract (Annex 3 to the ZD) and in the ‘Specification and current overview of the vehicle fleet’ (Annex 4 to the ZD). The contracting authority currently disposes of ambulances, emergency vehicles and other vehicles, the current overview of which is in Annex 4 to the ZD. The contracting authority requires the provision of the subject of performance with the use of original and unremanufactured parts and components during the entire period of performance. In the event that the selected supplier supplies spare parts that are manufactured by independent manufacturers and are qualitatively at least equivalent to original parts (parts approved for primary production), the contracting authority will be notified and may refuse this spare part. The contracting authority requires the supplier to provide a comprehensive service of basic vehicles of passenger and utility series types (including chassis, original VW body, with the exception of purpose-built superstructure, installation and installation of the vehicle). Service is required including diagnostics by a professional diagnostic system (e.g. test of shock absorbers and axle geometry, etc.), including complex repairs of the drive chain, full electrical installation on the vehicle and chassis, repairs of automatic gearboxes and subsequent diagnostics of the used load (reduction of the risk of subsequent damage to the components of the gearbox and cooling system), body repairs of the VW bodywork, including painting and glued graphics, setting of the superstructure control unit, repairs of air conditioning units in vehicles supplied by VW, replacement of operating loads, etc. The contracting authority reserves the possibility to provide its own workshop (according to capacity and technical possibilities) minor repairs, which are specified in Annex 4 to the ZD.
