France Galop is launching a new call for tenders to renew its pension scheme for employees on permanent contracts and fixed-term contracts. The pension scheme consists of death guarantees (death capital and education pension) and guarantees on termination of employment (incapacity and invalidity). One of the peculiarities of the system is that contributions and death guarantees are expressed according to the Social Security Ceiling.
