Předmětem veřejné zakázky je kompletní zpracování projektové dokumentace pro výstavbu nového objektu chemických laboratoří a rekonstrukci stávající budovy zadavatele na adrese Rybkova 8, Brno, a to ve stupni pro povolení stavby a pro provádění stavby, včetně položkového rozpočtu stavby (oceněného a neoceněného) s kompletním výkazem výměr a soupisem prací, na základě požadavků investora a již zpracované Architektonické studie, která tvoří Přílohu č. 1 této zadávací dokumentace, ve lhůtách podle přílohy č. 3 této zadávací dokumentace.
