The acquisition concerns the purchase of a rain suit M13 for use by the Finnish Defence Forces. The products are manufactured in accordance with the technical specifications drawn up by the System Centre: Technical requirements, manufacture and supply of rain jacket M13 in accordance with technical specification 2220-c (Annex 1). Technical requirements, manufacture and supply of rain trousers M13 in accordance with technical specification 2221-c (Annex 2). The requirements for rainsuit fabric are in accordance with technical specification 2007-d (Annex 3). The technical specifications are attached to this invitation to tender. The M05 mku technical specification of the camouflage pattern will only be handed over to the selected supplier. The size assortment will be announced at the time of ordering. The tenderer acquires and pays for all necessary materials and supplies. In order to verify the conformity of the offered products, the Tenderer must include tender and material samples in the tender. Samples are part of the tender and must be submitted by the time the tender is submitted. The materials used in production and manufacture, as well as the manufacturers of the material, must comply with the offer. The selected Supplier reserves the opportunity for the representative of the Contracting Entity to familiarise themselves with its own production facilities and those of any subcontractors before signing the contract. During the contract period, the contracting entity has the right to freely access and inspect the operations, production facilities and documentation related to the production of the selected Supplier's and subcontractor's product.
