De Opdracht bestaat uit de levering van 21 stuks BAM (Beta attenuation monitoring) fijnstofmonitoren en toebehoren ter vervanging van diverse monitoren die aan het einde van hun levensduur zijn. Deze nieuw aan te schaffen fijnstofmonitoren moeten gelijkwaardig zijn aan de te vervangen monitoren en dezelfde kwaliteit en uniformiteit van de uit de monitoren te verkrijgen data waarborgen.
