Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of brand new and unused, free from physical and legal defects and technically efficient printers and multifunctional devices along with the provision of warranty services, to the judicial units of the Gdańsk appeal area. 2. The scope of the contract is divided into the following two parts: 2.1. PART I – Delivery of printers, of which: a. Mono A4 printer stand - 484 pcs. (basic scope); b. Team mono A4 printer – 171 units (basic scope); c. Printer for printing file covers – 93 pcs. (basic scope); d. guillotine code printer – 72 pcs. (basic scope). 2.2. PART II – Supply of MFDs, including: a. A4 mono multifunction device - 162 units (basic scope); b. A4 colour multifunction device – 76 pcs. (basic scope); c. A3 colour multifunction device – 20 pcs. (basic scope). 2.3. The detailed scope and description of the technical parameters of the equipment covered by this contract are set out in Annex 1 to the Tender – DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTRACT OBJECTIVE (OPZ) in the ‘minimum requirements’ column for the relevant lot. 2.4. The Ordering Party informs that during the execution of the contract it provides for the right of option. The scope (type) of the assortment covered by the option right is identical to the scope of the basic assortment, while the quantity of the assortment covered by the option right is limited to 100 % of the Contractor’s gross remuneration in relation to the scope of the basic assortment, respectively for a given lot of the contract.
