Description

Procurement of maintenance services for the electrical plant and the development of remote monitoring and management systems VODOVOD DUBROVNIK d.o.o., all in accordance with the cost statement attached to this procurement document and the provisions of this procurement document. The existing facilities of VODOVOD DUBROVNIK d.o.o. Dubrovnik are connected to the existing remote monitoring and control system SDNU. The primary communication between the facilities included in the existing control-command system, as well as the communication of the dispatch center and the sub-center of the control-command system with the facilities in the system takes place through its own UKV radio network realized using the radiomode manufactured by Esteem (192C and 195C), with redundant communication using the GPRS system using various telecom operators, telephone modems and optical cables. All software and hardware to be installed must be compatible with the existing installed equipment in the system, i.e. it must fit into the existing SDNU
