Description

A group composed of the City of Epernay, the CCAS d’Epernay, the Communauté d’Agglomération Epernay, Coteaux et Plaine de Champagne and the municipality of Mardeuil has been formed in accordance with Articles L.2113-6 to L.2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code. The City of Epernay is designated as coordinator of the grouping of orders. It is responsible for organising all the selection procedures for the contracting party(ies), signing and notifying the contract. The procurement procedure used is: open invitation to tender.
