The joint municipality of Midden-Groningen, Stichting Lefier and Woonstichting Groninger Huis own almost all land and real estate in Hoogezand in the Zeeheldenbuurt West. Clients would like to redevelop the area with an area of 4.7 hectares into a new residential area.
