Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of teaching equipment to the Laboratory of Integrated Telecommunications and Network Systems under the project entitled: The Inter-University Dydactic and Technological Centre “Technopolis” in Wrocław, co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Infrastructure and Environment programme.
The contracting authority defined the supply in question in four tasks:
Task No:
— No 1 Operating set with processor – 10 sets. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 5.1 to the ToR;
— No 2 Operational kit with FPGA matrix and software – 10 sets. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 5.2 to the ToR;
— No 3 Sets of desktop computers – 10 sets. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 5.3 to the ToR;
— No 4 projector – 1 set. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 5.4 to the ToR.
2. The time limit for performance of the contract shall be up to four weeks from the date specified in the order referred to in Section 3(2) of the model contract, as the starting date of the time limit within which the Contractor is required to perform the Supply.
3. Details of the time limit and conditions for performance of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the model contract, which constitutes Annex 4 to the ToR.
